Gah! Not again!

Yet another paper to hand in for the enrichment course... And the deadline is looming up in two weeks and this time I'm totally dreading it. It's tough! I'm too old to be studying a new subject! I'm too old to be digging around for research! I'm also dismayed that F has had to dropout of this course due to an increasingly busy work schedule. I'm glad that she's getting on with her career, but who do I turn to from now on if I want to roll my eyes at what the lecturer said or jaw-drop at some inane comment made by a course mate?!?

Actually, this enrichment course has turned out to be better than I expected. I had serious reservations as to how relevant this "study" would be to me. And, I am glad that my reservations were unwarranted. The last few weeks, I've been so intrigued by the topics lectured that time literally whizzes by while I'm in class. It helps that the past few lecturers were fantastic folks who really knew their stuff and were able to engaged the class in their topics. I've had tremendous fun going along on all the field trips as well. Nothing like field trips as an adult when you finally appreciate having access to places that are otherwise closed to the public. All in all, I'm glad that I took the plunge, stopped being such a couch potato and got on with this course. It's been worth all the early mornings and the hot, sweaty mosquito-filled field trips.

Now, if ONLY someone could write the paper for me.
